Gabe and I talked about last Mother's Day, our first, and how crazy time is flying. Not to mention our little one will be 2 years old in 2 short months!
Mother's Day morning, Gabe got up and brought Penny in to say hello.

I was lazy in bed for a bit and then received my beautiful cards and flowers.
After Penny's nap we went to Dootie Dolittle to get her a dress for the wedding and then got lunch stuffs for a picnic at the park. The weather was wonderful. We had bagels and lox, turkey slices and potato chips. Plus grapes and coconut water that we shared.

After lunch we played in the playground for bit and then we headed home where we all took naps. It was a wonderfully relaxed Mother's Day that filled me with joy, love and appreciation. How lucky and I to be the Mommy to this little one?
Penny, I love you more then you can know. Thank you for allowing me to celebrate this wonderful day as your Mommy.
